I Love Useless Holidays
Read after the jump to see an alternate picture I drew that I decided was not as funny! It's like reading a less funny version of this post- but in a really fantastic way!

The Process of Blogging
1. Have an Idea.
2. Map it out on paper verbatim how you see it in your head:
3. Decrease the quality by recreating the pictures in paint and adding color.
4. Briefly love this idea.
5. Suddenly question the idea's worth.
6. Give into self-doubt.
7. Do not publish the blog post.

Sorry my real handwriting is kind of atrocious |

Smells Like Ocean
Who put Hunterdon County by the shore?
The air smelled like salt water today, but I guess it's just fall.
Everything about that picture was much more difficult to draw than I should admit.
Hopefully I'll think of something real to post soon. I have blogger's block.

I Reached a New Low Today
I tivoed an episode of SpongeBob before leaving the house because I had to know how it ended.
I know.
In my defense the episode dealt with the exploitation of employees, the ramifications of a having a person in power who does not deserve that type of control, how far obsession will take a person and the vast importance of relaxation that contributes to a person's mindset. ...The Krusty Krab decided to become a 24/7 establishment and Plankton wanted the secret recipe.
So, it was basically like every other episode. But something about this episode was different. It was almost evil the way it sucked me in and tortured me with the question Will SpongeBob finally fall for Plankton's tricks and give up the Krabby Patty secret formula?
Spoiler alert: He didn't.
Maybe I am just easily manipulated by television. No matter the subject matter or the characters. They have this sick hold on me.
Or maybe I just really like SpongeBob.
I know.
