Well. I'm Almost Ready to Start Updating.

Great news!

My desktop is officially built and my laptop problem is diagnosed (broken screen) and is being patched up at the computer hospital at this very moment.  Or, at least, is waiting in its little laptop dressing gown for his screen transplant.  I'm sure it will be painless.

(Fingers crossed).

Within the next week I will be able to post a lot more and even have a few topics in mind!  (What up, pre-planning?)

However, posting might get postponed for some World of Warcraft time.  I've been offline for 40-something days.  I need some asocial me-time.

Dear Bioware,

Please hire me.

I am super professional 100% of the time.

I am dedicated to everything I do, and I get things done fast.

I will gladly relocate.

I am very creative.

I love your games.

My female Shepard's suit is also purple.  I hope that carries some weight.

Every Morning

It starts off with me shoving a clock in my face.

Genius.

...At 3 a.m.  That just might be my problem.

Things I Did Today

This is a completely accurate, present tense guide to what I did today.  I didn't list how many hours/miles I drove in a car today, though.  It was a big number, but not big enough to make a picture for.

...Actually, none of these things are really worthy of making a picture.  I'm just waiting for my clothes to dry.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.

UPDATE: My clothes are dried and I have a toasty shirt on.  And deciding to watch a movie at 1 a.m. results in falling asleep at 2 a.m. and waking up to the characters all of a sudden in jail and handling fish.

Blogger's Remorse

When I first started my blog, I saw possibility for a post in everything that occurred in my life.

Yes. There are unicorns in my life.  Be jealous.

Finding something to write about wasn't a challenge.  In fact, I was so addicted to blogging that I had to quell my desire to write copious posts, many of which were not funny:

Eventually, the ideas stopped coming so rapidly that I actually had to work for it.

My posts became intermittent, and then my laptop went and died.

Blogging used to be what I did instead of doing school work, but now it is something I avoid in favor of doing other things that allow me to turn my mind off.

It's not that blogging isn't a priority anymore.  It's always in the back of my mind.  Now, however, it is something a lot harder for me to grasp.

This isn't a good-bye blog post.  I do have things I am working on.  This is me rationalizing to myself about why I have not blogged in so long.  A lot of it is the effort involved in drawing with a mouse.  And I refuse to blog without my pictures.

This is my "there is more to come" post.  Things have been hectic, what with planning the shoot and working and attempting to be a responsible member of society.  But, I have not given up on this; I've only taken a miniature hiatus during which I played a lot of video games.
